Students, Support and Information Services

The Student Wellbeing Administrator provides administrative support to the Wellbeing team (mental health, health, counselling and student advisors), which sits within the wider Student Support and Wellbeing department. The role involves dealing with student enquiries, handling sensitive and personal information with confidentiality at all times and supporting colleagues.

With strong organisational skills and experience of working with personal data, the post holder will administer the student database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date and will help organise events and workshops to promote the service, as well as maintain online and physical resources so that they are relevant and accessible to students.

The post holder will monitor the wellbeing email account, responding to queries and categorising emails for response by the Mental Health Advisers. You will also use outlook to send appointments, administering the Wellbeing calendar to ensure the smooth running of the department.
