We are looking for a part time Hotel Administrator to join our small friendly team based at The Goodwood Hotel. You'll help deliver an accurate and consistent administration support service to the operational departments within the Hotel. You'll also work closely with our Central Finance team ensuring an efficient and accurate process of purchase ledger, stock takes and other admin functions as needed.
This is a Part Time role of 25 hours per week from 0900 - 1430 (Monday - Friday)
You'll really be able to get your teeth stuck into this role by taking ownership of all expenditure control activities , matching invoices to approved purchase orders, cost codes and signatures before sending onto our Finance team. You'll love a process and will find ways to improve these wherever you can.
