As our Customer Experience and Retail Assistant you will be the welcoming face of The Kennels Shop and also at our Academy. Within this exciting role you will be providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, whilst ensuring Goodwood’s high standards are adhered to on a daily basis.

You'll be an integral part of our team which prides itself on, providing memorable experiences, achieving Goodwood’s high standards, all within a progressive, fast paced, fun and inspiring team environment.

The ability to multitask and be proactive are a must within this role. You will be responsible for enabling our members and their guests to have an exceptional customer journey, whether they are checking in for an experience or you are serving them in our well stocked Retail Shop. You will effectively deal with all customer queries with a can ‘do attitude. 

What you'll have:

  • Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
  • Target and service minded
  • Ability to anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential
  • A knowledge of Golf is beneficial but not essential
