Salary: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a beautiful and dynamic environment? West Dean is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual basis!

As a Retail Assistant, you'll provide a warm and welcoming experience to all customers, assist visitors with product selections, maintain stock levels, and ensure the shop is attractively presented. You'll also operate the till, handle transactions accurately, and promote seasonal offers to support the team in achieving sales targets.

We're looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional evenings is essential.
